Friendly staff at the reception,the cleaner very helpful, making sure the room is tidy and clean, changing our towels everyday and bedding changed every 3 days,the air conditioning unit is excellent,the breakfast served everyday is heaven,i will definitely book my holiday in this place again God willing,many Thanks

Very good for the price

We stayed for 16 nights and really enjoyed it. The location is very convenient close to a supermarket and a local produce market. Price is also very reasonable be given the fact that breakfast is included. Breakfast is decent too. So overall really worth it and we would come back if we decide to come back to Floripa.

Breakfast and location My second time in RBA, i had a last minute additional booking in Dom fish hotel apr2-4 and the guy in the reception linked my booking of apr4-9 in RBA

I stayed in room no. 6, heater is not working properly, if it is set on cold water will be cold and if set in hot water will be hot. Maitenance came however day after it is still the same. I requested for additional 1 night apr 10 but lady in reception said it is fully booked but when i checked booking.com there is still 2 rooms avail on the said date.

May 2nd time in res. Buenos aires, will be back again God willing. Had last minute additional two nights stay in Dom fish hotel apr2-4 and the guy in reception is very kind to link my reservation in the Res. Buenos Aires dated apr4-9. We arrived around 11pm and reception is still open for check in. Breakfast is

Heater in room 6, if you set in cold it will be very cold, and hot will be very hot. I was requesting for last minute additional 1 night however the lady reception told me it is full booked, but when you book on booking.com there is still 2 rooms available on the additional date

Great cost-benefit

The facility was just as described at Booking. I loved the breakfast.

You have to check in in another hotel of the same owner. We didn't know that when we arrived. There should be a better way to enter the building.

Breakfast! staff is very helpful. Good location and clean, big room. Wifi is strong in certain area in the room. I will definitely book again in residential buenos aires God willing next year when i come back to floripa.

Café da manhã.

Acomodação velha e mal cuidada. Inicialmente fomos colocados em um apartamento que estava com cheiro insuportável de cigarro. Portas dos quartos não fecham direito. Lençóis velhos. Encanamento vazando. Água do box do banheiro vaza para fora da área do banho.

Conforto e casinha completa

O café da manhã é no dom fish e é incrivel! A cama do quarto 5 é muito confortavel e a casinha é limpa. Tem utensilios de cozinha e tudo mais.

O serviço de limpeza costuma tentar entrar nos quartos sem nem bater na porta :/ isso me incomodou um pouco. Mas nada que um "tem gente no quarto" resolva. Os quartos sao super limpos entao parabens pra quem trabalha com a limpeza do local.

Gostei de tudo, em relação a hospedagem e ao atendimento.

Gostei de tudo, em relação a hospedagem e ao atendimento. No apto, tudo simples, porém limpo e funcionando. Localização perfeita! Uma atenção especial a colaboradora da limpeza, a Deusa, que é uma pessoa incrível. Pessoas como ela, fazem a diferença, dentro de uma empresa.

Tem um bar em frente ao residencial, que começa o barrulho pela madrugada e vai até o amanhecer. Acho que teriam que tomar uma providência, pois mesmo sendo praia, existe a lei do silêncio. Foi o único ponto negativo.

Café da manhã bom, limpeza do apartamento e localização boas.

Colchão da cama de casal era horrível, pois formava um buraco no meio. O apartamento estava cheirando a cigarro. O box do banheiro era super pequeno e a porta do mesmo estava solta.

No residencial Buenos Aires, as escadas são horríveis. Degraus altíssimos onde para uma pessoa com certa idade , fica quase impossível subir. Os apartamentos poderiam ter um certo capricho .

Um Bom Hotel

O residencial Buenos Aires pertence a rede hoteleira HS hotelaria , já me hospedei várias vezes com eles, oferecem um ótimo atendimento e ótimos preços, são aptos simples mas tem tudo o que precisa, são bem limpos e tem um bom café da manhã. Recomendo e voltarei outras vezes.

Não gostamos da música alta em um bar ao lado, teve barulho a noite toda.

Funcionários cordiais e educados , super atenciosos, café da manhã muito bom,

O Quarto n. 3 , foi o quarto utilizado, não posso opinar sobre os demais quartos que possuem outra configuração. Neste Quarto os colchões estão em péssimo estado, a televisão fica em posição que não permite a visualização , os utensílios de cozinha ( básicos ) garfo , facas , são insuficientes aos ocupantes , o fogão tem acionamento elétrico , porem não existe tomada na cozinha e também não existem fósforos, o chuveiro é extremamente baixo , e o descarga funciona bem mal, janelas não tem o menor acabamento acústico , e o nível de ruido é bem alto, Já utilizamos outro Residence do Grupo HSM que estava em ótimas condições , porem este infelizmente foi um pesadelo.
